The burpee standard for the workout requires hips and chin to touch the floor every rep, as well as picking up both hands off the floor (hand release) aka, "the you know who rule" aka, the "I swear bro, my pecs go all the way down to my navel" rule. You might want to bring a workout towel. If you're in a pinch you can scrounge up somebody's discarded drawers from the men's room.
