Squat clean progressively heavier weights to prepare for the wod.

The clock runs continuously:

Every minute on the minute for three minutes: 

3 reps Squat Clean 

add weight, then:

Every minute on the minute for three minutes:

2 reps Squat Clean

add weight, then:

Every minute on the minute for three minutes

1 rep Squat Clean.

 

finisher: 3 sets of 2 reps Back Squat (progressively heavier sets).
