Buy in: Complete 5 reps of calories, wall balls, burpees, toes to bar. 50 reps double unders. Mobilize. 

In 6 minutes, row 1000 meters. With the time remaining, complete as many double unders as possible.

In 6 minutes, run 800 meters. With the time remaining, complete as many wall balls as possible.

In 6 minutes, complete 50 burpees. With the time remaining, complete as many push presses as possible (75/135)

In 6 minutes, run 800 meters. With the time remaining complete as many toes to bar as possible.

All of these will be run back to back with no rest in between. There is no requirement to complete the work in a specific order.
