Buy in: run the Southern Star loop. 8 reps-bridges, side-lying bridges, sit-ups, supermans.

Progressively load your deadlift to prepare for the wod.

In 15 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

5 deadlifts (185/275)

10 burpee box jump overs (24/30)

1 legless rope climb starting from a seated position (there are a multitude of scaling options-go with whatever works for you).
