Buy in: Progressively load for each exercise and prepare for the workout.

 

With a partner complete 
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of:
Snatches
Thrusters
Back Squats
Power Cleans
Use the same weight on a given movement. Ace will begin the workout with 10 Snatches then Britton Gary will do 9, and so on alternating until the set of 1. Gary will do the first 10 reps on the Thrusters and so on. If you can't find a partner of approximately equal strength, simply do the best you can. This workout is for weight, not for time.
