Buy in: Turf work!  20 meters- bear crawls, crab walks, high knees, butt-kickers, side shuffle left/right, cartwheels left,right.

Spend a few minutes practicing handstand walks or doing the band shoulder complex.

For time:

Run the Crye-Leike loop

20 Toes to bar

10 meter handstand walk (sub 20 meter dumbbell overhead walk)

20 Pullups

5 Rope climbs (sub 5 ring rows per rope climb)

20 Ball slams (25/50)

10 bar muscle-ups (sub 1 pull-up and 1 dip per muscle-up)
