Buy in: 10 reps cat/camel, side-lying bridges, hip thrusts, toes to bar.  

Deadlift 10 sets of 3 progressive loading. 

40 meter weighted carry between each set. Lifter's choice- farmers carry, suitcase carry, overhead carry etc. 

If you need a finisher, you screwed up the workout.
