Buy in: Unloaded barbell snatch progression 5 reps. Progressively load your bar to prepare for the workout.

We're using %based loading today. If you don't know what your 1RM is, simply start light and gradually add weight.

Snatch ladder (power or squat):

In 3 minutes complete 10 reps@65%. If you finish before the time expires, move on to the next weight.

In 3 minutes complete 10 reps@75%. If you finish before the time expires, move on to the next weight.

In 3 minutes complete 10 reps@80%. Same as above

In 3 minutes complete 10 reps@85%. Same.

In 3 minutes complete 10 reps@90%.

If you fail to complete the given work in the alloted time, you're done-zo!

Finisher- 100 KB Swings for time. (if you feel like you got sufficient work doing the snatch ladder, skip this).
