Buy in: Tabata- quadruped extension, side-lying bridge left, quadruped extension, side-lying bridge right, repeat. Tabata- hip thrusts on bench, toes to bar, hip thrusts, supermans, repeat.

Progressively load deadlift and bench to prepare for the workout.

20 minute EMOM alternating

Odd minutes Bench Press 2 reps@80-85%

Even minutes  Deadlift 2 reps@80-85%
