Buy in: In Tabata fashion- :20 Air squat, :20 Active pause in the hole, :20 Push ups, :20 Plank, repeat. Then another Tabata set of: :20 dead hang from bar, :20 knees to elbows, :20 hollow body hold, :20 toes to bar, repeat. 5 reps clean progression with unloaded barbell. Mobilize. Progressively load your bar for both lifts to prepare for the workout.

In 20 minutes complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

Run 200 meters

5 reps Power Clean and Jerk 

Run 200 meters

5 reps Power Snatch

(Count a 200 meter run as 1 rep)
