Buy in: Tabata wrist/tri stretch. Tabata barbell complex- hang power clean, rdl, hang squat clean, push press repeat. Mobilize.

Power Clean 5 sets of 3 reps touch and go. Practice brushing the crease as you lower the bar to the floor. Record heaviest set.

Then:

50 reps Power Clean. 

Time cap is 5 minutes

Prescribed weight is 75/155. 

Rx+ is an option.
