Buy in: Tabata unloaded barbell: Hang power snatch, overhead squat, snatch balance, hang squat snatch, repeat. Spend several minutes progressively loading your bar and workshopping the squat snatch. Between warm-up sets, complete sets of 20-30 reps of double unders.

Add weight to the snatch each round.
Men: 185-205-225-245 lb.
Women: 135-145-155-165 lb.
For all but a small handful the prescribed weights above are laughably heavy. Stick with the spirit of the WOD and add weight as you go. You make the right loading decision based on your abilities.
