Buy in: Tabata band pull aparts, Band OHS, band shoulder dislocations, band shoulder press left, repeat. 3x5 Pullups, Burpees, KB Swings, Toes to Bar, Handstand push ups.  Get some guidance from a trainer for scaling and workshopping these technical movements.
