Buy in: 1 minute per side lat stretch on rig. 1  minute of hanging. 1 minute of lightweight goblet pause in the hole. 3 rounds of Cindy. Mobilize.

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

10 Pull-ups

20 Push-ups

30 Sit-ups

40 Air Squats

Rest 3 minutes

Record total time including rest. Clock stops once you've finished the work on the 5th set.
