Buy in: 2 minutes each- barbell triceps smash, lat stretch. Perform 10 reps hang power clean as a group. Pause at the high rack receiving position and move your elbows up and down a few times between each rep. Mobilize.

It's been a hot minute since we've taken this movement out for a spin. Play it smart and don't pile drive your traps and clavicles into oblivion. Focus on receiving the bar optimally- high and proud in the rack. Loading smart improves lives.
