Buy in: Burgener warm up with PVC. Complete a set of 12 reps with an unloaded barbell of each movement in the workout. Mobilize. Begin progressively loading each movement to prepare for the work ahead.
8/6/4 Front Squat/Snatch/Bench/Shoulder Press
In circuit fashion, not for time, perform sets of 8,6 and 4 reps. Let the rep range guide the loading for each exercise. You don't use the same weight for each exercise. Total the weight used on the final set for each exercise- not because it is pertinent but because people freak out if there isn't a way to post your information. Order is unimportant. Plan to work together.
