Run 400 meters.

Practice L-Sits for 10 minutes. Use youtube search “crossfit L-sit” for a reference video. Use the boxes, use the rings, use the rig pull up bars, try the parallettes too. Spoiler alert- Its dang near impossible to hold a legit L-sit for a long time. I strongly suspect we’ll be seeing these in the Open. In between attempts, mobilize the parts of your anatomy that are screaming at you during your few seconds of success. Let’s face it- you’re tight. Your hammies want no part of this. Mobilize them into compliance.
