Buy in: 10 reps-PVC OHS, PVC Good mornings, PVC shoulder dislocations, PVC push press. 3 rounds of Cindy. Perform additional shoulder mobilizations as needed. Spend a few minutes workshopping the movements in the workout and determining which elements you may need to scale.

In 20 minutes complete as many rounds of the following progression as possible:

5 Ring Muscle Ups (sub pull ups and bar dips)

10 Handstand Push Ups

15 Air Squats

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 Burpees

15 Air Squats

5 Kipping Pull Ups Chest to Bar

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats
