3 Month Package
- A three-month “Couch-to-CrossFit” package that includes baseline conditioning, One-on-One CrossFit On-ramp sessions, and basic strength and capacity building.
- 3 month program: $500
Scheduled Individually with your Trainer
- This is a four session 1-on-1 introductory class for all clients who want to CrossFit at our gym. This class focuses on form and intensity and stresses the need to ‘listen to your body’ when performing the workouts. We also discuss nutrition at each session.
- On-ramp sessions (4 sessions): $250
- Includes the balance of the month unlimited classes.

During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.
