During your initial visit, our priority is to ensure your comfort. A friendly coach will guide you through a comprehensive tour of our facilities. We'll then take the time to discuss your fitness objectives, conduct a brief fitness assessment, and provide an overview of what to expect during your time with us.
With numerous workout options available, such as home treadmills or budget gyms nearby, selecting the right fit can be overwhelming. However, we advocate for a different approach: defining your goals. Are you seeking personalized attention, guidance from trained professionals, accountability, or the support of a community that celebrates your achievements? If so, we encourage you to explore our offerings. At our gym, we prioritize your success and provide an environment where your aspirations are embraced and nurtured.
We're thrilled to welcome visitors from other boxes to "throw down" with us! If you're passing through, our drop-in fee is $25 per day. To secure your spot, please reserve online at getbuilt.wodify.com, where you'll also complete a waiver and inform our coaches of your attendance. Check out our class schedule here. While you may notice differences from your home box, we hope you'll enjoy the new scenery, clientele, and even music. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please share your experience with us!
For beginners, we suggest starting with three days a week for your first couple of weeks. Gradually increase to four, then five days per week. Upon reaching five days, integrate two recovery days weekly into your routine for optimal balance and progress.
