This is a four session 1-on-1 introductory class for all clients who want to do CrossFit at our gym. These sessions focus on form and intensity and stress the need to listen to your body when performing the workouts. We also discuss nutrition at each session.
Includes 4 on-ramp sessions, and the balance of the month unlimited classes.
